Despite this lovely ad, acne and acne rosacea are very different situations.  I wouldn’t spend any money on anything that lumped together skin disease, and I find it highly unlikely that a topical treatment alone will resolve any long term dermatitis.

I’ve found that acne rosacea is basically a dysfunctional immune response to a relatively innocuous skin inhabitant.  The immune flair continues despite ridding oneself of any topical problems.  On my website I’ve given a range of information about Acne Rosacea.
