Mercola Gets Pissed about Soy

Mercola makes some very good points about soy.  My own take is that if you are choosing nasty, low grade meat to eat every night, soy is a better option.  You can get non-GMO soy if you look for it, and it’s decent in small quantities.  It does alter hormones, but so does any meat, and very likely dairy.  So I still recommend soy for some people despite the concerns.
