Yogic Breathing: Remedial Breathing 101

If there is one anti-anxiety tip I would like to give to all my patients, it is that we need to breathe into our bellies, not simply up into our chests. I have cured several patients of chronic anxiety simply by teaching them to breath with their diaphragm rather than their chests.
Here’s a western and an eastern view of the same concept.
