Weil’s anti-inflammatory diet.

Dr. Weil’s anti-inflammatory diet goes into the reasons for each dietary choice.  Mine just lists the foods to eat and the foods to avoid.  I would focus on 80% lifetime following for those of you with inflammation.  For acute sufferers, I would do the diet for three weeks and keep a journal to remind yourself of any changes.  (Of course, talk with your doctor before doing any major diet change.  If you don’t talk to your doctor about diet, get a new doctor.  The U.S. is way overweight.)
