EFT, or how tapping might change your life.

The biggest thing that I like about EFT is that it’s being given away.  It’s very hard to argue that it’s worthless, because by definition it didn’t cost anything.  It’s also extremely quick, and pretty much anyone can do it.  It terms of its effect, I have had patients who have dedicated their lives to publicizing the technique.  They also teach it.  A great deal of the technique’s effect revolves around the insight or problem being dealt with.  You might think you’re troubled about X, but in fact you’re really troubled about something else entirely.  Regardless, the process of tapping yourself will likely feel a bit foolish, and that is enough to start you thinking about whatever it is a bit differently.
