Here’s a wonderful visual reminder of how much a good night’s sleep affects how much you weigh.  Here’s a visual reminder of what has happened to the U.S. since 1985 in terms of obesity.  http://www.ehd.org/health_obesity.php  Look for the overlap with an inability to get a good night’s rest.
